Christopher Trodden began his legal career as a law clerk at Roland & Pennington while attending Southwestern University School of Law. After earning his Juris Doctorate in May 1993 and admission to the California State Bar that same year, he joined the firm as an associate attorney.
Mr. Trodden became a partner in 2000 following the firm's largest case in its history, which led to the firm's evolution and eventual renaming as Pennington & Trodden in December 2018. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts as well as the United States District Court, Ninth Circuit.
His practice spans workers' compensation, civil litigation in Superior Courts, Social Security Disability claims, Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) matters, and appeals through the California Supreme Court and federal circuits.
